This is a website that asks helpful questions about why you may be feeling so icky, and offers ideas on what may be helpful. 

This website has a bunch of downloads and ideas you can use to help enrich your own self care routines. 

This website is an incredible peer support group for mental health. This particular page that is linked here lists a bunch of great alternatives to try instead of self-harm.

This website offers many coping skills and ideas of how to self-manage difficult emotions and feelings using a Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) approach. 

This website offers many helpful coping skills and guided activities including mindfulness, hopeful quotes, and exercises that may be useful to help alleviate stress or difficult emotions. 

This website offers multiple ambient sounds that you can mix and match as well as control the volume. 

Visit this site for a continuous stream of a rainstorm. 

A cool visual and interactive program where you can create neat images. Allows you to save them. 

This site offers guided meditation for beginners, ranging from 2 minutes to 10 minutes long in duration. 

This site is very similar to "Weave Silk" listed above. It is a neat visual and interactive program where you can create images that look similar to flames or galaxies. 

This website offers an interactive sand tool where you can make your own sand art. It is similar to the sand in bottles activity and becomes very addictive!

This website allows you to make your own music. The interactive layout allows you to place notes wherever you want and although basic, it has a lot of potential. 

This website is basically a paint program but online! 

This website is full of mini mazes that you can complete with your keyboard. It tracks how long each maze takes you to complete, but I encourage you to just have fun!

This website is fun, silly, and addictive. You start with a dog, and you scroll down to make it longer! Wow! :)
